Operators
Vaultica
Ownership / jurisdiction: Operated under STACK Infrastructure until August 2025. Now Vaultica (Vaultica Data Centers), standalone company. Ownership chain: IPI Partners (prior STACK owner) acquired by Blue Owl Capital (closed 6 Jan 2025) -> Apollo Global Management acquired STACK's entire European colocation business (7 sites: Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Milan, Geneva) from Blue Owl in a carve-out, announced 29 Apr 2025, closed 13 Aug 2025 -> relaunched publicly as Vaultica, CEO Sherif Rizkalla, rebranded ~Dec 2025. Current owner: Apollo Global Management (US), via Apollo-managed infrastructure funds. STACK Infrastructure itself still exists separately (Blue Owl-owned, now hyperscale-focused) — do not conflate.
Facilities
-
Norway · Operational
5.6 MW (Nordic region page) or 7.5 MW (Norway page) IT load, 5,100 sqm — Vaultica's own pages give inconsistent figures across pages; both noted, neither silently chosen. See the Vaultica assessment: the same pattern recurs at COP01A (Copenhagen), suggesting a data-quality signal across the company, not an isolated error.
-
Norway · Operational
1.7 MW (consistent across Vaultica's own pages)
-
Denmark · Operational
1.2 MW IT load, ~4,600 m² white space across three floors (Denmark page) vs 800 kW (Nordic region page) — Vaultica's own site gives two different figures for this site; both shown, neither picked. See the Vaultica assessment for this as a recurring pattern, not an isolated error.
-
Sweden · Operational
12 MW IT load, 5,600 sqm white space (operator-published)
