Ownership per the 2024 founding press release: Telenor 31.7% (Telenor ASA is majority Norwegian-state-owned), Hafslund 31.7% (wholly owned by Oslo municipality), HitecVision 31.7% (Norwegian private investment firm), Analysys Mason Nordic 5.0% (consultancy) -- but Skygard's own current about page (skygard.no/nb/om-oss, fetched 22 Aug 2026) names only Telenor, Hafslund and HitecVision as owners, omitting Analysys Mason Nordic. Sovereignty datapoint: in April 2025, Nkom chose this site to present Norway's first national sustainability analysis of digital infrastructure to the Minister of Digitalisation -- a modest but real signal of institutional standing, stated as no more than that.
